It is also committed to customer satisfaction through the effective implementation of the customer care process, continuous improvement and the prevention of non-conformity.
FICOHSA SEGURO’s Quality Management System has been implemented in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001 in its 2015 version.
One of the main purposes of receiving the certification is to present the Quality Management System to our customers and relevant stakeholders, and to inform them about the specific controls implemented by FICOHSA INSURANCE to ensure the conformity of the product or service.
The scope of the Quality Management System includes: Provision of insurance services in the areas of persons, goods and bonds, excluding the requirement 220.127.116.11 traceability of measurements.

INNOVATING SERVICE: SAFE DRIVER
Ficohsa Seguros has the most complete auto insurance in the market and now offers all its insured its new benefit CONDUCTOR SEGURO (safe driver). It is an innovative service through which a qualified person will be sent to take you to your home, in your own car when you can´t drive. The service can be requested 24 hours a day by calling: 2280-2886.
- Request the driver an hour and a half before the hour expected of the service.
- It will be sent to the driver 15 minutes in advance at the requested time.
- The Insured must present the driver with the keys and the vehicle’s inspection ticket.
