The ethics program is one of the pillars of transparency for the institution, which is why every year actions are carried out to strengthen the commitment of employees to maintain ethical behavior based on principles and values.

The Ethics program is made up of different activities such as Café con Neto, Dialogues (annual), Ethics Line (anonymous and/or private); all open forums where the employee is given the space to make consultations, clarify concerns, obtain feedback and feedback on the actions of Ficohsa that contribute to the well-being in their jobs.
